Today's Inspiration: God desires peacemakers and  called them sons of God. It's important that our heart be at peace always so that there  is health to our bones and life to our  body but an envy heart rots the bones.  Matthew 5:9, Proverbs 14:30.

How important it is to look upwards to Christ in times of need, seek to please Him, seek the reward that He will give, seek His forgiveness when we fail and seek His power in our weakness. This is how we should live differently.

We are to live a resurrected life, leave our past life as Christ is seated at the right hand of God. But bad habits keep manifesting as we have no self control. We need to get our past habits to be our servant and not our master. In short we are to live a life that is different from the world. Paul also writes to think differently and know that Jesus died we died with him. He was buried and we are buried with Him. He rose and now we rise to new life. Colossians 3:1-3.

We should put to death our worldly nature. Take on new self which is renewed in the knowledge of the image of Christ.

Therefore as His chosen people we must be holy and portray Christlike character by clothing ourselves with humility, kindness, gentleness and patience. The one fruit that binds the Body of Christ is love being the greatest gift and greatest virtue.

To love is not to bear grudges against those who hurt you but to forgive. It's important that peace rule in your hearts because you are called to be peacemakers. Verse 15. Whatever you do, do it in the name of Christ. Verse 17.

Peace is a powerful weapon that attracts good things to you and crushed the enemy. Unless we have peace we will always have war within ourselves between the arms of the flesh and our soul. We will have no clarity, no vision and no success. The way to go is that Christ's word the Gospel truth must take authority in your life before peace can rule in your hearts. Verse 16.
