Today's Inspiration: When things get tough, many questions come to your head, which are the causes of your defeat. In life, there is no such thing as smooth journey. For every defeat, standing behind it is a victory and enhancement. The goal seems so far away yet it is nearer to you than you think. To overcome, you need courage and faith. We can only overcome if we will not be affected but keep running to reach the goal. Philippians 3:13.
Samson seems to have no hope and needs to be scorned all his life at the mercy of the Philistine. But God has the last say and in His appointed time, his determination to destroy the Philistines won the day and bring glory to His name.
Passivity cannot get us through the challenges. We need strength greater than our own to overcome the challenges of life. Samson finally knows the truth that sets him free. John 8:32. He finally realised that he has to cooperate with God to use his physical and emotional strength for the sake of God's name. He appealed to God to give him one last chance for ultimate victory over the Philistines. God used Samson's passion and His physical and emotional strength to defeat the Philistines. Our God is a God of second chance. Passion plus excellence, plus physical and emotional strength brings you to ultimate victory.
Never dwell on your problems. You have the authority to have dominion over your problems. You need to overpower your emotional fear and anxiety to accomplish what you set out to do. You need to resist the enemy of your soul.
Fear always wants to dominate us. Lets conquer by our faith. Faith brings forth greater results than you could imagine. Fear always wants to invade our soul to cripple us. Unless we immunise our thoughts, we can never get rid of fear and consequently overpowers our trial. Proverbs 23:7 whatever the mind thinks will be the results. Whatever results you desire, declare it and you will receive. Job 22.28 This is what Jesus declared to the woman also who asked Jesus desperately to heal her daughter. Matthew 15:28. We are for signs and wonders Isaiah 8:18. Our own words are powerful. It can change our situation.
